We all spend WAY too much time worrying. What if I miss quota? What if I lose my job? What if this new business I want to start crashes and burns?
Trust me, I’ve been in those shoes before. Operating from a place of pure fear. But here’s the truth: the worst case scenario is almost NEVER as bad as you think.
For me, that realization came after surviving a battle for my life in the hospital and decades of crippling, chronic illness. Those experiences (and the ones I still face today) rewired how I think. Now, the things most people fear? They barely register.
But it takes a big shift to release worry, so let’s start small:
